Abrazo is about connection and balance. It’s composed of two cabinets that lean into each other, finding support through touch — almost like a quiet hug. Each cabinet stands strong on its own, but together they create a gentle taper along the sides, a subtle gesture of two forms meeting halfway.

The piece explores trust and togetherness: how we can hold our own shape and still find stability when we lean in. It reflects softness within structure — a reminder that strength can come from vulnerability, and that beauty often appears where balance and care meet.

Crafted from New Zealand Silver Beech, Abrazo uses the warmth and fine grain of the timber to highlight the calm, grounded feeling of the form. Even as two separate elements, the cabinets visually settle into each other, inviting a moment of stillness and quiet connection.
