Since my early beginnings as a woodworker I've been drawn to fine craftsmanship. It is said that the chair is the maker's roots as a fine woodworker, so I embarked on the journey of bringing my ambitions to life.
This chair is hand-shaped from solid New Zealand Red Oak into smooth, flowing curves that follow the shape of the body. It feels like it’s moving, even at rest. The wild, generous carving invites you to touch and explore every ridge and hollow, while the soft finish keeps the wood warm and real. More than just a place to sit, this chair is a small landscape—offering comfort, play, and a sense of being held.
